X3 Tis Neji from Naruto!! I've been wanting to draw him for a while and now I finally have. XD Enjoy! Though I hope it actually looks like him.. >>;

And don't mention the naked-ness. Deal with it. XD No complaining, though I don't know how much complaining there will be. *grins* Anyway I don't know why I drew it like this. Just happened. And I finally did rain again!! XD I love drawing rainy pictures. Their fun~

And the text was added because the rain reminded me of the Hillary Duff song. Hee hee.
